Quinn Quinlan is a Los Angeles-based writer-director with a passion for queer, female-driven stories that drive social change and resonate with young audiences. Her debut feature, FOX, is currently in development with Cold Iron Pictures (THE DIARY OF A TEENAGE GIRL, SWISS ARMY MAN). 

Quinn's debut short, NAME TO THE FACE, was accepted into 14 film festivals worldwide. Her next short film, FOR THE BOSS, premiered at the Los Angeles International Film Festival and went on to play across the country. Her third short film, FINAL REPRISE, is entering the festival circuit this year.

Quinn is an Associate Producer on both SÉANCE, a feature film by Vivian Kerr, and MERPEOPLE, a 100% “Certified Fresh” Netflix documentary series about real-life mermaids. She also worked on National Geographic's Emmy-winning documentary, THE FLAGMAKERS, and GUTSY starring Hillary Clinton (Apple TV+).

Before writing full-time, Quinn worked as a Creative Executive at Firefly Studios, a brand new production company with a co-producing deal with Hello Sunshine. She came to the position from Hello Sunshine, where she worked in development. Previously, she worked as the assistant to Academy Award-winning filmmaker Cynthia Wade. Quinn has a B.A. in film from Brown University and is represented by Vault Entertainment.
